BACKGROUND/AIMS: The cause of cryptogenic ('seronegative') acute liver failure (ALF) is
unknown; the presence of non-organ specific autoantibodies (NOSA) may indicate an
autoimmune pathogenesis. We investigated the prevalence of autoimmune features
