Inflammation contributes to the pathogenesis of acute kidney injury. Dendritic cells (DCs) are
immune sentinels with the ability to induce immunity or tolerance, but whether they mediate
acute kidney injury is unknown. Here, we studied the distribution of DCs within the kidney
